My Thoughts

The Special Smile is a very special children's book. In this story a little girl's mother loves her child and shares her smile with her everyday even after the mother get's sick and starts loosing her hair. The mother saves her special smiles for her precious little daughter.

I am sure you figured out that the mother must have been going through chemo treatments and wanted the time she shared with her daughter to happy times.

The illustrations are colorful and whimsical. With lots of big smiles drawn onto the characters faces.

If you know of a family going through something similar this would be a wonderful book for parents to share with their children.

I highly recommend this book.

I rate this book a 5 out of 5.
